Something new + Women Drivers

This is actually something new that I'm going to try. Since I don't really like Myspace blogging I'm deciding to start this here. It's really going to be me just writing things that will come to my mind. I plan to write some thoughts about one or more experiences I run into each day. Hopefully I don't fall behind on this. It will either be updated every day or every other day. Kinda inspired by a girl that posts a video on youtube every day or every other day. Since it's Sunday, I think I'm going to start from an experience I had about 7 hours ago. O btw, I live in Washington State, so most of the settings in my experiences will involve Washington somehow.

So what to blog about today? First day, might as well start with women drivers and how I found out that they all don't suck. Today, I was chilling with a couple of my friends and we decide to go eat sushi. My friend, Malissa, comes by and picks us up in her minivan.

Before I go on, I gotta mention that it's a Nissan van, and so it's pretty damn dope. You'll find that if you follow this blog, that I pretty much love Nissan cars. Not all of them, but a majority of them.

Ok now back to my story. So we're driving towards Seattle, and we run into a cop on our way to Interstate 5. I was amazed at her ability to drive perfectly with one hand while stopping within inches behind the cop car at an all way intersection. I've seen too many accidents where a girl wasn't paying attention and fender bender someone cuz they were texting or just sucked at driving. The fact that she controlled her stop with inches to spare was pretty sick. We hit I-5 and merged onto the far left lane. We had one exit to get to the far right lane and she had to cross 4 lanes in a span of a little less than a mile. Now in this case, I expect a girl to slow down and have her signal on just waiting for others to slow down and let her in. She manages to smoothly change over 4 lanes with only a slight abrupt stop because her van is a little long and she had to double check her blind spot. People reading this right now are probably thinking "that's pretty easy." For me, that's pretty fucking amazing. Also, the ability to back around a corner into a parking spot without hitting the curb, knowing that you don't immediately turn right when people are walking on the crosswalk and not slowing down traffic are all plusses in my book that Malissa performed. It's something other women lack that she managed to do. I'm not saying all female drivers suck, but there are some pretty bad ones in Washington. Makes me lose damn faith in women sometimes. Luckily, Malissa proved that they don't all suck.

Now why do I think women suck? Because they have a tendency to put makeup on while they drive, talk while they drive, text while they drive, or worst of all, not pay fucking attention when they drive. Examples include a woman driving while she was putting on makeup during rush hour. What's so bad about driving and putting on makeup in rush hour? O I don't know, you slow everyone else down by not paying attention to stop and go traffic, drive 5 miles slower than the car in front because your afraid to fender bender them, and you start driving out of your lane because you have zero hands on the wheel. Just because women can multitask does not mean women are amazing at multitasking, espcially when your doing TWO THINGS that require hand eye coordination. Other examples include a girl that didn't check her blind spot and hit my car (I was a passenger at the time) when she was stuck in one lane and decided to change lanes. Or the time when a girl kept tapping her brakes because she couldn't stop tailgating person in front of her. And then there was the time that a woman was talking on her phone and couldn't turn her head to see her left blind spot so she simply assumed it was clear, when I was sitting right there. Like I said, they aren't all bad, but I've seen a crapload to make me assume that a lot of them suck. No offense to the ones that are good. Keep up the good work. One of the reason's I speed is to make sure I don't get hit by dumbass drivers. O, and the most priceless woman involved accident occured when I got hit by a woman turning left in a PARKING LOT when I was going straight. I don't know how she didn't see me but she didn't apparently, which greatly reinforced my thoughts that she sucked.

Are you thinking that this was a pretty boring ass blog so far? It probably is. I use this blog as more of a thoughts board. Just kind of throw my thoughts out there. If people have something to say go for it and comment. I'd like to hear what you got to say, as sad as it may sound because I'm sure there will be some idiots reading this and saying stupid shit. Others will be offended. You'll find that I don't really care but I'd still like to hear what you have to say. It's like me listening to your opinion, shooting it down and embracing my own. We'll see how this goes. Until tomorrow (technically today) people.
